Here's how:

 Core Process Flow:

1. Feedstock Preparation & Feeding Biomass is pre-treated and injected with agents (air, steam) into the gasifier.

2. Gasification Reaction Under controlled oxygen-limited conditions, biomass transforms into raw syngas through high-temperature conversion.

3.Syngas Purification Using gas cooling and gas cleaning, we remove tar, dust, and moisture — delivering clean, usable syngas.

4. Energy Conversion & Output Clean syngas fuels our gas-fired boiler or gas engine, generating:


  •  Power to the local grid or factory
  •  Heat for district heating or industrial use


5. System Control & Emission Fully automated via Process PLC Control All exhaust gases are treated and compliant before release.
